Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health counseling and a passion for helping clients navigate their personal challenges. The role is primarily located in Northfield, IL, with the option for a flexible, hybrid schedule. Responsibilities of the therapist include:
- Conduct therapy sessions with your specialized population (adolescent/child therapists preferred).
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress.
- Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings.
- Stay current with best practices and emerging research in the field of mental health.
- Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
- State licensure as a therapist (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Experience with electronic record keeping systems
Preferred
- Experience with trauma-informed care
- Specialty in child/adolescent therapy
