How do I approach therapy and client care?

My therapeutic approach is grounded in an existential and humanistic perspective, helping clients uncover the bigger "why" behind their current stage of life and identifying what may be standing in the way of achieving it. I believe in meeting clients exactly where they are, fostering trust and safety in the therapy space as it develops naturally. Transparency and honesty are central to my work, ensuring an authentic therapeutic relationship. When working with younger clients, particularly on trauma-specific issues, I incorporate play therapy techniques to help them process their experiences in a way that feels safe and accessible. My goal is to provide compassionate, client-centered care that empowers individuals to move forward with clarity and confidence.

What do I enjoy outside of work?

Outside of work, I enjoy spending my time singing, reading, and baking. I also love playing with my dog, Olive, who keeps life full of joy and laughter. These hobbies allow me to recharge and bring creativity and balance into my daily life!
