What is my professional background and training?

I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-based care. As a Certified Nutritional Therapist, I integrate physical and mental wellness to support holistic well-being. With specialized training in perinatal mental health, I am passionate about helping individuals and families navigate the unique challenges of pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting, creating a safe space for growth and support.

How do I approach therapy and client care?

My therapeutic approach is rooted in client-centered care, where your needs, values, and experiences guide our work together. I prioritize creating a supportive, non-judgmental environment, fostering a strong therapeutic relationship as the foundation for healing. Utilizing evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), I tailor each session to your unique goals. My aim is to empower you to foster personal growth, resilience, and self-compassion while working collaboratively to establish clear and achievable steps toward lasting well-being.

What do I enjoy outside of work?

When I’m not working, you’ll probably find me hanging out with my dog, Iggy. I’m a big fan of getting lost in a good book or tackling a challenging puzzle. I love getting movement in through fun exercise classes like Pilates or Barre. I also love being part of the community I grew up in—there’s something special about staying connected to the place that shaped me!
